Design service and support

Waterware has been fully trained to apply Valsir’s advanced siphonics software in order to complete initial designs totally in house.

The software has the ability to;

• Import of 2D or 3D drawings of the building.
• Circuit observation point variation with three-dimensional rotation.
• Numerous drawing commands including automatic generation of inlet branches and 45° double elbows.
• Calculation and verifi cation of dimensional limits imposed by technical standards with diagnostics window.
• Automatic fl ow optimization for system balancing.
• Complete calculation of materials list and necessary welding operations.
• Export of results and drawings.

Final designs are forwarded to Valsir's technical and design department for final checking and sign off. Valsir has gained EN ISO 9001 accreditation and can therefore rely on its staff of internationally experienced engineers who can gained experience across the world and are in a position to provide solutions for all applications.
