Future Proof Slab Packages
Future proof slab packages include only the under floor pipe, flow and return pipes, a manifold box and an installation estimate. This pack enables the completion of the system at a later date and even by a future home owner.
Under Floor Base Packages
Under floor base packages include either a heat pump, gas or diesel boiler with 500L fuel tank and side flue set, underfloor pipe, manifolds and a programmable room thermostat and an installation estimate.
Radiator Base Packages
Radiator base packages include either a gas or diesel boiler with 500L fuel tank, side flue set, steel panel radiators, thermostatic radiator valves, programmable room thermostat, pipe and fittings and an installation estimate.
Running Costs
Running costs will vary depending on perceived comfort levels, quality of insulation, ambient temperature extremes, building design and construction and regional energy prices.
An under floor system must maintain a steady indoor temperature regardless of occupancy. In order to achieve this expect a system to be operating from 6hours/day (Nth.Is) and 8hours/day (Sth.Is) during a typical winter month.
The quick response time of radiator systems allows the home owner to only have the system running while the house is occupied. Allow from 6hours/day occupancy during a typical winter month.
