Central heating packages for underfloor and radiator systems will at a glance give you an accurate estimate for an installed system and the running cost for various heat source options.
Installation labour estimates are typical for an average home but as every installation is different a Comfort+ approved installer can confirm this cost following a no obligation system design and quote.
Prices listed in this document exclude any costs associated with connection to a gas or electricity network and costs associated with the building consent process.

Future Proof Slab Packages
Future proof slab packages include only the under floor pipe, flow and return pipes, a manifold box and an installation estimate. This pack enables the completion of the system at a later date and even by a future home owner.

Running Costs
Running costs will vary depending on perceived comfort levels, quality of insulation, ambient temperature extremes, building design and construction and regional energy prices.
An under floor system must maintain a steady indoor temperature regardless of occupancy. In order to achieve this expect a system to be operating from 6hours/day (Nth.Is) and 8hours/day (Sth.Is) during a typical winter month.
The quick response time of radiator systems allows the home owner to only have the system running while the house is occupied. Allow from 6hours/day occupancy during a typical winter month.
